CAN WE MEET IN PERSON?

Yes, however, I charge for travel. My preference, at least in the first instance, is to have a chat via WhatsApp, phone, Zoom, Google Meet or Skype. We can move forward from there. 

DO YOU ACCEPT ONE-OFF PROJECTS?

Yes, but my model gives priority to regular clients who engage me on an ongoing basis.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE BILLING for local and international transactions?

Once my online quotes are approved, they automatically appear as draft invoices inside accounting software, Xero. I can then invoice you for payment to my primary UK-based business bank account with Starling Bank, accept crypto via my UK-based business account at Revolut, or provide bank details in your local currency via my Wise business account (formerly TransferWise).  

HOW DO WE WORK TOGETHER AND PAY YOU IF MY BUSINESS SITS OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Doing business with me is easy, no matter where you live. Nearly all of my client relationships are relationships from afar. I use all the modern, online communication tools and online banking tools.  

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

I launched Fearless in New Zealand in March 2002. When I moved to the UK in 2021 I set up a new company here. So 19 years abroad and 2021 is my first year in the UK. My team members, who are spread around the globe, are all senior experts in their chosen fields. When you work with Fearless, you won't have any juniors working on your business.

I have business accounts with Starling Bank (UK), Revolut (UK), and Wise (Global).

DO YOU DO FREEBIES?

I do some free and lower-fee work for some clients whose efforts are close to my heart. Otherwise, sorry, no.  

DO YOU PITCH FOR WORK?

No, unless it is a properly paid pitch. That's because I believe the entire pitch process is flawed and is usually a waste of both parties' time.
