Deep Dive

A traditional approach when you need significant development or change.

Sprint

For rapid transformation or when you face a serious deadline.

Deep Sprint

A combination of both approaches. Take one deep dive followed by significant sprints.

Our processes fit the way you work

The approach we take depends on your management style, sign-off process, budget, and time restraints.

No matter the approach, we generally follows this process:

  1. You complete our online brief.
  2. We work through it and ask you questions.
  3. We agree on the project’s scope before sending you a quote.
  4. When happy with the quote, approve it and we’ll send you an invoice (anywhere from 10% – 50% depending on the size of the project) to get started.
  5. We get to work and send you the first draft for feeback and edits.
  6. We complete the edits, get project sign-off, provide content and send you our final invoice.
  7. We then analyse and learn from the project, making any tweaks to constantly improve. Our goal is to hit the sweet spot with your prospects and customers ASAP.

FAQ

When is a Deep Dive appropriate?

When every aspect of the project has to be considered down to the last detail, and you need the time to consider your options, a more traditional, deep dive is the best approach. This is ideal too if decisions need to advance through multiple departments.

Why would I choose a Sprint?

If you have a serious deadline and need super-fast results, a project sprint will be right up your alley. This is the ideal approach for businesses that operate lean business principles. The added benefit is sprints are more cost-effective than deep dives.

What's an example of a Deep Sprint?

We have clients who needed to go to market fast with a workable solution. This was followed by an iterative strategic and creative process until we hit the sweet spot. This also works well when you are live testing with a sample audience until everything is perfected. It’s a really beneficial approach where, in essence, you’re live testing your solutions to gain valuable feedback. The deep work upfront informs your first sprint, and then combined every sprint you take thereafter.
